Upgrade/Downgrade Plan
To upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan, please choose one of the following below that you would like to change to. This will take you to PayPal, where you will be prompted to change your monthly payment rate. Your RSN account will then be updated in about 24 hours after doing this. You will be billed the new rate on your next billing cycle.
- SHININGSTAR - (50MB Web Space, 500MB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SHININGSTAR Plus - (50MB Web Space, 1GB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SUPERSTAR - (100MB Web Space, 1GB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SUPERSTAR Plus - (100MB Web Space, 2GB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SUPERSTAR II - (300MB Web Space, 3GB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SUPERSTAR II Plus - (300MB Web Space, 6GB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SUPREMESTAR - (500MB Web Space, 5GB Monthly Bandwidth)
- SUPREMESTAR Plus - (500MB Web Space, 10GB Monthly Bandwidth)
Add more Bandwidth/Disk Space
If you are using the Supremestar Plus hosting plan but still need more monthly bandwidth or disk space, you may add more to your plan. Additional bandwidth can be bought for $1 a month per 1GB and additional disk space may be bought for $1 a month per 25MB. You may only use this option if you are signed up for the Supremestar Plus hosting plans. If you are signed up for any other plans and need more bandwidth or disk space, you must upgrade to the next available plan. If you are signed up for the Supremestar Plus hosting plan and want to add more bandwidth or disk space, please contact us.
Cancel Service
To cancel your account with us, log into the Member Area and click on "cancel" link. If you do not want to be billed for the next month, we suggest you cancel at least one week before your billing cycle starts. NOTE: once we receive notification of your request to cancel your service, your account will be canceled right away, not at the end of your billing cycle. This means that the best time to cancel your service is about a week before your billing cycle starts over.
